During troubleshooting process we try and remove as many variables as possible
Please follow all below steps, and if problems persist please open a ticket / contact your account manager.

Trouble Detecting Tags
Test Method:
- Install Atlas App
- Login using your account details
- View assets in the list, search for and tap on desired tag
- Check signal % listed - greater than 0 means the tag has been detected.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure Tag is turned on.
- Place Tag and Phone side by side on a table.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and back on again on your phone.
- Reboot your phone.
- Ensure that you are using the most recent app version. Check app store for an available update
- Turn tag off and on again.
- Logout of the app and login again.
- Delete the application and install again.
Trouble Connecting to Vector Tags
Test Method:
- Install Atlas App
- Login using your account details
- View assets in the list, filter for desired tag
- Return and signout tag via plus button on right
- Wait 15 seconds to allow phone to connect
- Press button on Tag to see status LED - blue flash means connected, red flash means not connected
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure Tag is turned on.
- Place Tag and Phone side by side on a table.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and back on again on your phone.
- Reboot your phone.
- Ensure that you are using the most recent app version. Check app store for an available update
- Turn tag off and on again.
- Logout of the app and login again.
- Delete the application and install again.
