Certain Android devices may restrict Atlas from performing tracking in the background. Below you'll find some steps you can take to ensure your app will continue to run in the background.

Samsung
Tap settings link on the in-app popup after installation,
or
Tap and hold Atlas icon on phone homescreen and select App info
Tap Battery
Tap Optimise battery usage
Tap Apps not optimised > All
Find Atlas in the list (ordered alphabetically) and toggle off to disable battery optimisation
Tap back and see it now says 'Not optimised'
Settings now complete - ready to start tracking!

Xiaomi
Open app settings by following link on the in-app popup, or by tap and holding on Atlas icon and selecting 'App info'
Disable battery optimisation
No Restrictions
Enable autostart
Other
Open app settings by following link on the in-app popup, or by tap and holding on Atlas icon and selecting 'App info'
Look for battery settings, disable optimisation if found
Look for autostart setting, enable if found
Open phone settings, go to battery settings
Look for battery settings, disable optimisation for Atlas if found. This may be in a three dot menu in the corner of the screen.
