Audits are an easy way to check what has been seen during a time period.
Adding an Audit
- Click 'Add Audit'
- Enter Audit Name, Start Date, End Date and email to receive reports
- Click 'Submit' button to create your Audit
Checking Audit Progress
- Click 'View Now' button to download audit update report
- You can also see top level audit summary in the table
Editing an Audit
- Click 'Edit' icon
- Modify fields as required
- Click 'Submit' button to save your changes
- Note - the mobile app will attribute scans to the selected 'active audit'.
Closing an Audit
- Click 'Edit' icon
- Click 'Close Audit'
- The audit will officially be closed and the final report will be generated and sent out
Deleting an Audit
- Click the 'Delete' icon at the right end of the table.
- Click 'Ok' on confirmation popup to delete.
